Hold the small container of Jal Prasadam in both hands. Close your eyes and visualize Shirdi Sai Baba's divine light. Silently state your prayer, problem, or healing wish (Sankalpa) to Baba with absolute trust.

Sai Mantras (Abhimantrana)

Chant the holy name of Sai Baba or repeat the Sai Gayatri mantra: "Om Shirdi Vasaya Vidmahe, Sachidanandaya Dheemahi, Tanno Sai Prachodayat" (or chant simple "Om Sai Ram" 9 or 11 times) to activate the water's latent energy.
